While the Institute purposefully weaves integrity and professional conduct across all its CPE programmes, it is also necessary to provide dedicated ethics-focused learning to uplift standards of behaviour and accountability among members. Effective 1 January 2026, members must fulfil two mandatory CPE hours of structured ethics training.
