The Prime Minister of Malaysia announced today that the extension of the Movement Control Order (MCO) which was originally scheduled to end on 31 March 2020 has been extended to 14 April 2020.

MIA will continue to comply with the MCO and related Government directives by closing our premises until 14 April 2020. All events will be postponed until further notice and our staff will continue to work from home.

The MIA would like to advise all members to comply with the Movement Control Order by closing premises according to the extended deadlines. We would also like to advise all our members who are employers to adhere to the relevant laws and regulations with regards to employment.
